Consumers can opt out of sale or sharing of their personal information at any time. Must display "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link. Honor requests within 15 business days.
A consumer shall have the right, at any time, to direct a business that sells personal information about the consumer to third parties not to sell the consumer's personal information. A business that has received a consumer's opt-out request may not ask the consumer to consent to the sale of personal information for a period of at least 12 months after the consumer's opt-out request.
