"Business" means a sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company, corporation, or other legal entity that collects consumers' personal information, does business in California, and satisfies one or more of the following: annual gross revenues in excess of $25,000,000; annually buys, sells, or shares the personal information of 100,000 or more consumers or households; or derives 50 percent or more of its annual revenues from selling or sharing consumers' personal information.
